• Dr. Abhijit Pawar is a well-established Orthopedic and Spine Surgeon with over 22 years of experience. 
• He has performed over 4,000 spinal procedures to date and specializes in stitchless spine surgery under local anesthesia for lumbar disc herniations.
• His expertise lies in endoscopic spinal surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal deformity surgery, and 3D navigation-guided spine surgery.

• His qualifications include an MBBS from Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College, Solapur, an MS in Orthopedics from Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College, Pune, and an MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK.
• Later, he went to the USA and trained in various spinal surgeries by doing numerous fellowships. 
• Dr. Pawar completed his Spine and Scoliosis Surgery Fellowship at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York, where he received specialized training in spinal deformity and minimally invasive spine surgery.
• He served as a Fellow in Spine Surgery at the University of Montreal, Canada, working with Dr. Hubert Labelle, a leading figure in spinal deformity study.
• From 2012 to 2013, Dr. Pawar specialized in Pediatric Spine Surgery at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York, performing over 500 pediatric scoliosis surgeries.
• He gained expertise in endoscopic spinal surgery while working with Dr. Anthony Yeung in the USA.
• Dr. Pawar's accomplishments include 15 international paper publications, 50 paper and poster presentations at international and national conferences, and six book chapters in Spine and Orthopedic textbooks.
• He holds lifetime memberships in the Association of Spine Surgeons of India (ASSI) and the Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Society of India (MISSI).
• Dr. Pawar actively serves as national faculty in the ASSI and MISSI annual conferences.
