Dr. Akhil Goel

About Us

Dr. Akhil Goel is a highly accomplished Rheumatologist and Clinical Immunologist with more than 14 years of professional experience. He focuses on diagnosing and managing a wide range of rheumatic and autoimmune disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, sarcoidosis, psoriatic arthritis, and osteoarthritis. He uses evidence?led treatment approaches, including nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs), and corticosteroids to manage rheumatic conditions. Dr. Goel obtained his MBBS degree from Maulana Azad Medical Coll., Delhi Univ., in 2010, followed by an MD in General Medicine from GTB Hosp., Delhi, in 2015. He also pursued a DM in Rheumatology from King George’s Medical Coll., Lucknow Univ.. He has made significant contributions through his research work, authoring numerous research publications and case reports in peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of Clinical Rheumatology and the Indian Journal of Rheumatology. He is a life part of several professional associations, including the Indian Rheumatology Association (IRA), the Society for Osteoarthritis Research (SOAR), and the Association of Physicians of India (API).
