Dr. Col. Akhil Mishra V S M is a distinguished Nephrologist based in New Delhi, boasting an extensive 58-year career in the field. His expertise lies in Adult Nephrology, Hemodiafiltration (HDF), Hemodialysis, Kidney Dialysis, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) treatment, Kidney Stone Treatment, Kidney Failure Treatment, Kidney Transplant, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Laparoscopic Nephrectomy, etc. His academic journey includes an MBBS from Jabalpur Univ. in 1966, an MD in General Medicine from the Univ. of Poona in 1972, and a DM in Nephrology from PGIMER, Chandigarh, in 1983. He also serves as a part of the Advisory Committee, contributing to the advancement of nephrology and renal care. Dr. Mishra is an esteemed part of several professional organizations, including the Indian Society of Nephrology (ISN), Indian Society of Haemodialysis, Indian Society of Organ Transplantation (ISOT), Peritoneal Society of India (PDS), Delhi Nephrology Society, and the Asian Pacific Society of Nephrology (APSN).
