About Us

Dr. AL Narayanan is a well?recognized name in the list of interventional cardiologists with more than 40 years of professional experience. His specialization in the cardiovascular area includes Cardiomyopathy, Coronary Artery Disease, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Device Therapy, End Stage Heart Failure Management, and many more. After completing his MBBS in 1975 from Stanley Medical Coll. in 1975, he pursued an MD (General Medicine) in 1982 and DM (Cardiology) in 1987 from Madra Medical Coll., Chennai. He is also a Gold Medalist in General Surgery and Radiology at Government Stanley Hosp., Chennai. He is actively involved with several medical associations, including the Cardiological Society Of India, the European Society of Cardiology, the Indian Society of Electrocardiology, and the Indian Medical Association. Dr. Narayanan has 18 publications in the Indian Heart Journal and Texas Heart Inst. Journal, demonstrating his significant contributions to the field. He was honored with the Lifetime Achievement accolade from the Indian Medical Association in 2017 for his contribution to cardiology.
