About Us

Dr. Anupam Sibal is a distinguished Pediatric Gastroenterologist in South Delhi, boasting a wealth of expertise more than 33 years. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal, liver, and nutrition issues in infants and children, including addressing conditions such as abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, food allergies (like Celiac disease, cow's milk allergy), inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's, ulcerative colitis), constipation, and gastrointestinal bleeding, among others. In 1997, Dr. Sibal pioneered the establishment of the first pediatric gastroenterology and hepatology service in India's private sector at Apollo Hospitals Delhi. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the inception of India's first successful liver transplant at Apollo Hospitals Delhi in 1998, leading to the Hosp.'s distinction as the busiest pediatric liver transplant program in India. His educational qualifications include an MBBS from the Univ. of Delhi in 1991 and an MD (Pediatrics) from the Univ. of Delhi in 1995. Since 2011, he has served as a valued part of the Regional Middle East International Advisory Board of Joint Commission International (JCI), further showcasing his commitment to international healthcare standards. Dr. Sibal has delivered 136 international and 235 national invited lectures. He is an active part of the Asian Pan Pacific Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, the Commonwealth Association of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, the International Pediatric Transplant Association, and the Indian Society Of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
