Dr. Anurag Sharma

About Us

Dr. Anurag Sharma is a distinguished Pediatric Neurosurgeon with more than 27 years of professional experience. He is an an expert in surgical brain and spine lesions for the pediatric age group. His educational qualifications include an MBBS from Shyam Shah Medical Coll., Rewa, in 1997, an MS (General Surgery) from the Univ. of Mumbai, Mumbai, in 2006, and a DNB (Neurosurgery) from the National Board Of Examination, New Delhi, in 2013. He further achieved a Fellowship in Pediatric Neurosurgery specializing in quality and ethical neurosurgical care (Brain and Spine) for pediatric patients from all societal backgrounds. Dr. Sharma also earned a Clinical Fellowship in Paediatric Neurosurgery from the Children's Hosp. of Eastern Ontario, Ottawa, in 2017. He has extensive professional experience at multiple centers of excellence in India and abroad, including a tenure with the Army Medical Corps. His professional experience includes distinguished service as the team surgeon for the 34th Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica during 2014-2015. Dr. Sharma participated in and taught numerous workshops and advanced training programs. He has presented research publications nationally and internationally, with multiple publications to his name. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
