Dr. Aparna Jaswal

About Us

Dr. Aparna Jaswal is an acknowledged Interventional Cardiologist with more than 30 years of professional experience. She is an an expert in Cardiac pacing and Electrophysiology, including catheter RF Ablation of Complex Arrhythmias, ICD Implantation, and Biventricular Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology. Dr. Jaswal has served as performing electrophysiological studies and "Radio Frequency Catheter Ablation" for various cardiac arrhythmias. Her educational qualifications include an MBBS from Sri Siddhartha Medical Coll. & Research (1994), an MD from Army Hosp., Delhi (1998), and a DNB from Diplomate of National Board, New Delhi (2003). She also has a fellowship from the Heart Rhythm Society, USA, and the American Coll. of Cardiology. She has received advanced training in Cardiac Electrophysiology at St. Luke's Hosp., Milwaukee, USA. Since joining Escorts Heart Inst. in 1988, she has served as an active part of the Department of Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Jaswal has her credit as a 'Certified Cardiac Device Specialist' from IBHRE, HRS. She has to her credit for being the first electrophysiological to start the EP program in Mauritius in November 2010. She has many research projects to her name and has actively participated in National and International Research trials. She has served as invited as a faculty member to various national and international symposiums and workshops.
