Dr. Arjun Khanna is a Pulmonologist with more than 17 years of professional experience. His expertise includes pulmonary medicine, critical care, sleep disorders, allergy, internal medicine, pulmonary rehabilitation, biological therapy for asthma, and smoking cessation. His educational qualifications include an MBBS from Sikkim Manipal Inst. of Medical Sciences in 2007 and an MD (Internal Medicine) from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj Univ., Kanpur, in 2011. He further achieved DM (Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care Medicine) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha Univ., Delhi, 2014 and DNB (General Medicine) from National Board Of Examination, 2012. Dr. Khanna received numerous accolades, including Univ. gold medals in the MBBS and DM exit exams. He is a a fellow of the Coll. of Chest Physicians (FCCP), USA, a a fellow of the Asia Pacific Respiratory Society (FAPRS), Japan, a a fellow of the National Coll. of Chest Physicians (FNCCP), India, and a a fellow of the International Coll. of Surgeons (FICS) He also earned a Fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology at Mahidol Univ., Bangkok, Thailand. He completed advanced interventional pulmonology advanced training at Siriraj Hosp., Bangkok. Dr. Khanna is recognized as the Global Rising Star in Pulmonary Medicine for his work on biomass smoke-associated chronic obstructive lung disease. He is a prolific researcher with over 100 publications and book chapters. He has presented at numerous national and international conferences, delivering over 500 invited lectures. He focuses on advanced respiratory failure, severe COPD, difficult-to-treat bronchial asthma, interstitial lung diseases, and pulmonary rehabilitation. Dr. Khanna is an editorial board part of various national and international journals. He is the associate editor of Frontiers in Drug Safety and a reviewer for various journals. He is an active part of the Association of Physicians of India, the National Coll. of Chest Physicians, and the American Coll. of Chest Physicians. Dr. Khanna is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
