About Us

Dr. Ashish Katewa, a Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgeon, boasts more than 18 years of extensive professional experience. His expertise lies in Neonatal Cardiac Surgery, Pediatric Cardiac Surgery, Root Translocations, Pediatric Arrhythmia surgery, surgical management for dilated Cardiomyopathy, Bloodless cardiac surgery, Management of Single ventricles, and Airway Surgery. His expertise spans over 6000 pediatric cardiac surgeries, covering a wide spectrum of the disease. His educational journey started with an MBBS from SMS Medical Coll., Jaipur. Dr. Katewa further achieved MS (General Surgery) and MCh (Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery) at King Edward Memorial Hosp., Mumbai. He also earned a Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery from Children’s Hosp. at Westmead, Australia. He has played pivotal roles in mentoring pediatric cardiac programs in Cambodia and Nigeria. He has spearheaded numerous humanitarian pediatric cardiac missions both domestically in India and internationally. Collaborating with governments, philanthropic organizations, and community initiatives, Dr. Katewa advocates for congenital heart disease awareness, and supports affected families through empowerment initiatives. Dr. Katewa is an active part of esteemed organizations, including the Society of Paediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery (WSPCHS), the Paediatric Cardiac Society of India (PCSI), and the Indian Association of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
