Dr. Balbir Singh is a leading cardiologist in the Delhi NCR region. He brings over 41 years of professional experience and is a recognized veteran in cardiology nationally and internationally. He is responsible for pioneering minimally invasive cardiology surgical techniques in India. Dr. Balbir has served as honored with the prestigious Padma Shree accolade for his outstanding contributions to cardiology. He is also acknowledged in the LIMCA Book of Records for contributions to the Indian Electrophysiology Journal. Dr. Balbir is an an expert in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, heart rhythm disorder and pacing, and implanting heart failure devices. He completed his MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine from the Maulana Azad Medical Coll., Delhi, in 1983 and 1987, respectively. Later, Dr. Balbir specialized in heart disease management, pursuing a DM in Cardiology from the Govind Ballabh Pant Hosp., New Delhi, in 1992 and a Fellowship from the American Coll. of Cardiology (FACC), USA, in 2005. Dr. Balbir has also worked as a teaching faculty in reputed medical colleges and has professional experience in research and advanced training. He heads the DNB program in cardiology and trains budding professionals in the field. He is a part of the Indian Heart Rhythm Society and the Cardiological Society of India (CSI). Dr. Balbir has numerous publications in well?recognized national and international medical journals.
