Dr. Basavaraj Kuntoji is a general physician with 24 years of professional experience in Internal Medicine. His expertise lies in temporary pacemaker insertion and echocardiology. He is specialized in angioplasty, angiography, intubations, chest tube insertion, etc. His educational qualifications include an MBBS from JSS Medical Coll., Mysore, 2000, and an MD in General Medicine from Bangalore Medical Coll. and Research Inst., Bangalore, 2002 He earned a Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine from the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine in 2016 He is a part of the Karnataka Medical Council, the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine, Images in Emergency Medicine, and the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine. He is comprehensively trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Foundation. He has worked in many specialties, such as Oncology, Neurology, and Cardiology, and has professional experience in diagnosing and treating diseases related to chest and tuberculosis. He has contributed to several research publications and articles and has also been awarded the Best Poster accolade. His interviews and articles have been featured in eminent newspapers such as the Times of India and Indian Express. He delivered talks and presentations related to internal medicine at various national conferences organized by the KAPION and Cardiology Society of India.
