• Dr. Bikash Majumder is a renowned Interventional Cardiologist in Kolkata. He has over 29 years of experience. 
• Specializing in interventional cardiology, Dr. Majumder is proficient in performing procedures such as coronary angiography, angioplasty, and pacemaker implementation.

• After graduating from R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital in 1996, Dr. Majumder obtained his MD in General Medicine from S N Medical College Agra, receiving a 'gold medal' in 2002.
• Pursuing further training in the United Kingdom, he completed the PLAB examination and underwent clinical observerships at Basildon Hospital and St. Bartholomew's Hospital in London.
• Starting his clinical career in the UK at Hull Royal Infirmary in 2003, Dr. Majumder swiftly completed all three parts of MRCP by age 31.
• He worked in various hospitals in the UK before undertaking a structured Cardiology program (CCT) in Cardiff, Wales, from 2005 to 2008.
• He completed his postgraduate research degree (MD Research) at the Royal Free Hospital (University College London), focusing on the role of Platelet Monocyte Complex and Inflammation in Coronary Artery Disease.
• Recognized for his contributions, Dr. Majumder received a prestigious fellowship grant from the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI) in 2009, which helped him learn advanced interventional cardiology work in Zurich, Switzerland.
• Beyond clinical practice, he is actively involved in educational endeavors, founding the 'Cardiology Masterclass' to train junior doctors and general practitioners.
• As a distinguished faculty member of the Public Health Foundation of India, Dr. Majumder contributes significantly to educating community doctors in cardiology.
