Dr. Chandran Gnanamuthu brings over 44 years of professional experience as a Neurologist. He has specialization in Clinical Medicine, focusing on assembling teams dedicated to delivering Advanced Specialized Medical Care. He is well?recognized for establishing some of the foremost Clinical Departments and Teams specializing in advanced neurological care. His expertise lies in neurological infections, nervous system inflammation, para-infectious syndromes, and investigating the correlation between genetic and epigenetic factors. He completed his MBBS in 1975, MD in General Medicine in 1980, and DM in Neurology from Christian Medical Coll. & Hosp., Vellore in 1986. Additionally, he obtained a fellowship from the Royal Coll. of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK, in 2000. Dr. Chandran is esteemed as India’s preeminent clinical neurologist, globally recognized for his exceptional Clinical Excellence demonstrated through his service, research, and educational endeavors. With over 70 publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national and international conferences, Dr. Gnanamuthu has significantly contributed to the field of neurology. He is a part of the Neurological Society of India.
