About Us

Dr. Christi Titus Varghese is a Surgical Gastroenterologist and Liver Transplant Surgeon with more than 16 years of professional experience. He focuses on Minimally Invasive Hepatobiliary Surgery and Liver Transplantation, Robotic Donor Hepatectomy, Liver Transplants, Pancreas Transplants, Small Bowel Transplants, Laparoscopic Gastrointestinal Surgery, etc. After completing his MBBS in 2008, he also achieved an MS (General Surgery) from Government Medical Coll., Kottayam, Kerala, in 2012 and an MCh (Gastrointestinal Surgery) from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Dr. Varghese also earned the Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) from the Royal Coll. of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He was instrumental in the advancement and continuous refinement of the robotic donor hepatectomy technique at Amrita Hosp., Kochi. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
