Dr. Deepak Jha

About Us

Dr. Deepak Jha is a Surgical Oncologist with more than 21 years of professional experience. His specializations encompass Breast-preserving and reconstructive surgery, including complex procedures such as Nipple Sparing Mastectomy, Radioguided Breast Surgery (ROLL), Sentinal Biopsy, Arm Reverse Mapping for Lymphedema Prevention, Breast Conservation & Oncoplasty surgery, and DIEP free flap reconstruction, etc. After completing his MBBS from the Univ. of Delhi in 2002, he also achieved an MS (General Surgery) from the Univ. of Mumbai, Mumbai, in 2008. Dr. Jha is an alumnus of Surgical Oncology from IRCH-AIIMS, with a primary focus on Breast Surgery. His advanced training at IRCH-AIIMS was followed by extensive specialization in advanced breast surgery and breast reconstruction. He holds the distinction of being one of the first recipients of the Breast Surgery Fellowship from the European Board of Surgery. He further sharpened his expertise through advanced training in breast oncoplasty from the European Society of Surgical Oncology and an observational role in breast surgery at VallD'Hebron Hosp., Barcelona, Spain. He is associated with prestigious organizations such as the Association of Breast Surgeons India, the European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO), the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), and the Foundation for Head-Neck Oncology (FHNO).
