About Us

Dr. Dinesh Ramaswamy is a highly educated and skilled Surgical Gastroenterologist. With more than 17 years of professional experience, he focuses on laparoscopic, transplant, and oncology surgeries. He has professional experience in performing a wide range of procedures, including advanced laparoscopic surgery, anti-reflux, splenectomy, appendectomy, colectomy, esophagectomy, umbilical or ventral hernia repair, excision of stomach tumors, pancreatic surgery, removal or destruction of rectal or intestinal tumors, laparoscopic incisional or inguinal hernia repair, and bariatric & metabolic surgeries. His educational background includes an MBBS from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical Univ. in 2004, an MS from AIIMS in 2007, and a DNB from the National Board in 2008. After this, he completed an M.Ch from GB Pant & MAMC, New Delhi, in 2013 and a fellowship with Apollo Hosp., Chennai, in 2014. His expertise lies in performing various surgeries, such as gallbladder, colorectal, bladder cancer, and laser fissure, using minimally invasive techniques. He is skilled in endoscopy, fistula treatment with laser, and stoma care. He is an active part of prestigious organizations, including the Indian Medical Association, the Association of Surgeons in India, the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology, and the International Hepato-Pancreatic Biliary Association.
