Dr. Gopal Sharma is an eminent Urologist and Surgical Oncologist with more than 17 years of professional experience. His expertise lies in the meticulous management of urological cancers, including those affecting the prostate, kidney, and bladder. Dr. Sharma's journey in medicine began with comprehensive advanced training in Surgery and Urology. After completing his MBBS, he also achieved an MS (General Surgery) from Government Medical Coll. Nagpur in 2015, an MCh (Urology) from All India Inst. of Medical Sciences in 2020, and a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology & Robotic Surgery from Medanta - The Medicity, Gurugram, 2020. He furthered his expertise with an esteemed Vattikuti Fellowship in Robotic Surgery, a year-long program selected through intense competition. He is recognized as a Console surgeon by Intuitive Surgical Systems and brings a wealth of professional experience to the operating theater. His dedication to Uro Oncology is evidenced by his extensive track record in managing diverse cases of urological cancers. Dr. Sharma's innovation extends to the development of two practical nomograms for urological cancers, enhancing treatment strategies. His contributions to medical literature are substantial, boasting over 80 peer-reviewed articles, presentations, and textbook chapters. He actively engages in both national and international research endeavors, often taking lead roles in significant projects.
