He performs Bladder cancer surgery and provides treatment for Inflammatory Bowel diseases, Ulcerative Colitis, Gastric ulcers, Acidity, Hepatitis B, Steatosis, Hemorrhoids, Gastritis, Gallbladder stones, Hepatitis C & D. He also performs Pancreas transplantation. He has received various accolades and recognitions for his contributions in gastroenterology. He also has multiple journals published in his name. He underwent specialized advanced training in Biliary Lithotripsy at Göttingen Univ. Hosp. and Volklingen Kreiskrankenhaus, Germany. He was a pioneer in starting Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and ExtraCorporeal Shockwave Biliary Lithotripsy (ESWL) in India.
