About Us

Dr. Hemanth Prajwal M is a Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon with more than 12 years of professional experience. He focuses on vascular and endovascular surgery, with a focus on treating peripheral arterial diseases, varicose veins, vascular malformations, aortic aneurysms, dialysis access procedures (AV fistula & graft), deep vein thrombosis, and stroke prevention procedures (carotid endarterectomy/stenting). He focuses on managing complex peripheral vascular conditions through open vascular surgeries and minimally invasive endovascular interventions. Dr. Prajwal is skilled in minimally invasive interventions for varicose veins and diabetic foot interventions and surgeries. He is also experienced in aortic bypass surgeries, aortic aneurysm surgeries, endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR), and TEVAR. He performs thrombolysis of deep vein thrombosis and insertion/removal of IVC filters. He conducts complex endovascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy/stenting for stroke prevention/treatment, and surgeries for vascular malformations and vascular trauma. After completing his MBBS from Kempegowda Inst. of Medical Sciences, Bangalore (2007-2012), he also achieved an MS in General Surgeon from the Inst. of Naval Medicine, INHS Asvini (2014 - 2017), and DNB in Peripheral Vascular Surgery from Medanta Hosp., Gurugram (2019 - 2022). Dr. Prajwal is affiliated with professional organizations such as the Vascular Society of India and the Association of Surgeons of India. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu.
