Dr. Mohan K is a highly accomplished urologist and transplant surgeon with 27 years of specialization in the field. Dr. Mohan K is skilled in performing minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries such as nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, nephroureterectomy, prostatectomy, and sacrocolpopexy. As a transplant surgeon, he has extensive professional experience performing kidney transplant procedures during end-stage renal and kidney diseases. He utilizes advanced laser technology for the treatment of prostate enlargement (BPH) and kidney stones, performing procedures like Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) and Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS). He obtained his MBBS from Bangalore Medical Coll. and Research Inst. in 1997, followed by an MS in General Surgery from PGIMER Chandigarh in 2002. He further specialized in urology by completing his MCh in Urology/Genito-Urinary Surgery from Bangalore Medical Coll. and Research Inst. in 2007. Dr. Mohan K is a part of several prestigious medical societies, including the Bangalore Urological Society (BUS), Urological Society of India (USI), and South Zone Urology Society.
