Dr. Nitin Jha is a well?recognized General Surgeon with more than 26 years of professional experience. His expertise lies in various types of laparoscopic surgeries, both basic and advanced, including bariatric, colorectal, and upper gastrointestinal lap surgeries. He has performed over 4000 different types of basic and advanced surgeries, including Gall bladders, Appendectomies, Hernia surgeries (ventral and inguinal), Achalasia Cardiac Surgery, Lap Fundoplication, all types of Reflux surgeries, Colorectal surgeries, including Right and Left Hemicolectomy, APR, AR, and Rectopexies. Dr. Jha has presented his technique of Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery (SILS) at prestigious International Conferences in Europe (Frankfurt, Germany, EAES conference) and in America (SAGES Conference at Boston, USA) His educational qualifications include an MBBS from the Univ. of Pune in 1998 and an MS in General Surgery from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Univ., Nagpur, in 2005. He has also achieved fellowships, including FACS (USA), FAIS, FIAGES, and FALS (Colorectal). He is an esteemed part of the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI), the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery (EAES), the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons (IAGES), and the American Coll. of Surgeons (ACS).
