Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh is a leading and well?recognized Hematologic Oncologist and Bone Marrow Transplant Surgeon. He brings over 16 years of professional experience in this field. His specialization lies in hematopoietic BMT, which extends to both malignant and non-malignant hematologic disorders, particularly thalassemia and aplastic anaemia. He completed his MBBS and DNB General Medicine from KGMC, Lucknow. After this, he did DM Clinical Haematology from AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Singh has successfully performed over 300 bone marrow transplants, addressing various blood disorders, including aplastic anaemia and thalassemia. Notably, he achieved a successful Haplo BMT for Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID) in an 8-month-old child. Dr. Singh has played a pivotal role in establishing the BMT UNIT at Jaypee Hosp. for Matched Unrelated Donor (MUD) transplants, securing PBSC products from national (Datri) and international registries (DKMS). He is a part of the Indian Society of Haematology & Blood Transfusion and the European Haematology Association.
