Dr. Payal Gupta is a well?recognized and leading Ophthalmologist. She brings over 9 years of professional experience in the field. She has actively participated in teaching and advanced training activities and has performed over 8000 ocular surgeries. Her specializations include a wide range of clinical and surgical specialties, such as pediatric eye disorders, amblyopia therapy, squint and eye movement disorders, cataract surgeries, glaucoma, ocular trauma, and various other anterior segment diseases. Her professional journey includes roles such as Consultant Ophthalmologist at ICARE Eye Hosp. & Post Graduate Inst. Noida, Senior Resident at Univ. Coll. of Medical Sciences & Guru Teg Bahadur Hosp. Delhi, and Senior Resident at AIIMS Bhopal. Dr. Gupta has pursued fellowships in comprehensive & Pediatric Ophthalmology and has gained professional experience through various residency and internship programs at esteemed institutions. She completed her MBBS from Sikkim Manipal Inst. of Medical Sciences Gangtok and DNB in Ophthalmology from St. Stephine Hosp. Delhi. Dr. Gupta is a lifetime part of several professional organizations, including AIOS, DOS, MPSOS, and ISMSICS, and she holds the Fellowship of the International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO, Step 1). She has also showcased her expertise through media engagements, including being a program presenter on the Delhi Indraprastha Channel of All India Radio and participating as a specialist on phone-in programs such as "Radio Doctor" for AIR FM 102.6. She has presented and published over 20 publications in local, national, and international forums. She has received recognition, such as the Best Free publication (Cataract) accolade at the 69th National Conference of Delhi Ophthalmological Society.
