Dr. Ramesh Jois

Dr. Ramesh Jois is a highly respected rheumatologist with 32 years of professional experience in the field. He has extensive specialization in diagnosing and treating conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, scleroderma, ankylosing spondylitis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), vasculitis and gout. Dr. Jois is well-versed in administering various intra-articular injections and the use of biologic drugs for rheumatologic diseases. He received his MBBS degree and later completed his MD in General Medicine from Bangalore Medical Coll. and Research Inst. in 1997. Dr. Jois further obtained his Membership of the Royal Coll. of Physicians (MRCP) from the Royal Coll. of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSE), U.K., in 2000. In addition to his MRCP, Dr. Jois holds a CCT (certification of Completion of advanced training) in Rheumatology, which he obtained in 2006 from the Eastern Deanery Hospitals in the UK. He brings more than 60 published articles in his impressive portfolio and has received 924 citations. He is a part of the Indian Rheumatology Association and the Indian Medical Association (Karnataka chapter).
