Dr. Ramna Banerjee is a distinguished Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist in Kolkata. She brings over 27 years of extensive professional experience. She completed her MBBS, DGO, and MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Medical Coll., Calcutta, in 1997, 2000, and 2003, respectively. Dr. Banerjee later traveled to the United Kingdom for practical advanced training in various gynecological procedures. She holds an MRCOG and FRCOG from the Royal Coll. of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London. She is also a Colposcopist and Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST). Her excellence in performing robotic surgeries is due to her fellowship at the International Coll. of Robotic Surgeons (FICRS) Dr. Banerjee's expertise encompasses various obstetrics and gynecology conditions, from adolescence to menopause care and fertility issues to complex pregnancy treatments. She focuses on managing adenomyosis, endometriosis, PCOS, and uterine fibroids, pregnancy care, prenatal checkups, childbirth education, and treatment for gynecological issues. She is skilled in diagnosing and treating conditions ranging from irregular periods to ectopic pregnancy. Dr. Banerjee is a part of the Bengal Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society, the Indian Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, and the Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Societies of India.
