About Us

Dr. (Prof.) Ravi Sahuta is an Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with more than 30 years of professional experience. His expertise extends to Polytrauma Patient management and limb salvage surgeries, particularly for large bone tumors. He focuses on pelvic acetabular surgery, Adult Joint Reconstruction, and Revision joint Surgery for failed joints. He led and developed the Orthopedics department, establishing sub-specialties at Paras Hosp. (2006-2016). After completing his MBBS from Nagpur Univ. in 1988, he also achieved MS (Orthopedics) from KMU Inst. of Medical Sciences in 1991, an Advanced Orthopedic Fellowship from Bombay Orthopaedic Society (BOS), 1993, Wockhardt Spine Fellowship, Bombay, 1995, and MCh (Orthopedics) from Sychil Univ. USA, 2012. Dr. Sahuta holds a fellowship and advanced training in pelvic-acetabular surgery and adult joint reconstruction from Regions Hosp. at the Univ. of Minnesota. He has also undergone Fellowship advanced training in the United States and Korea, focusing on arthroplasty and spine procedures. He received advanced training In the Ilizarov Method at Dr. Kulkarni's Centre at Miraj, Maharashtra, in 1991 and advanced training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from LT General Hosp., Sion, Bombay, in 1992.
