Dr. Rayaz Ahmed is a prominent Hematologist and Oncologist practicing in New Delhi. He brings over 25 years of clinical professional experience. He has performed 1,000+ bone marrow transplant procedures to date. Dr. Rayaz has specialization in autologous stem cell transplantation, allogeneic stem cell transplantation (matched sibling donor stem cell transplantation), haploidentical stem cell transplantation, and matched unrelated stem cell transplantation. He is well-versed in diagnosing and treating various hematological disorders, such as aplastic anemia, thalassemia, lymphoma (Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin), sickle cell anemia, leukemia (AML/ ALL/CML/CLL), and multiple myeloma. Dr. Rayaz's academic journey commenced with an MBBS degree obtained in 1999 from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla Univ., Chattisgarh. Following this, he pursued MD in Pathology at Shivaji Univ. in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, completing his degree in 2003. Dr. Rayaz furthered his specialization in Hematology, obtaining a DM in Clinical Hematology from Christian Medical Coll. and Hosp. in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, in 2010. He is an esteemed part of the American Society of Hematology and the International Myeloma Working Group. Dr. Rayaz Ahmed has made significant contributions to the field of hematology and oncology by publishing research articles and publications in reputed national and international journals.
