Dr. Rupinder Sekhon

About Us

Dr. Rupinder Sekhon is a prominent Gynaecologic Oncologist specializing in ovarian cancer, cytoreductive surgery, and HIPEC for recurrent ovarian cancer. With more than 18 years of professional experience, her expertise includes a significant number of surgeries for cervical and endometrial cancer. She played a key role in advancing the gynae oncology department to a modern level in the country, incorporating colposcopy, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and open and robotic gynecologic surgeries. After completing her MBBS from Government Medical Coll., Amritsar, Punjab, she also achieved an MD from PGIMER, Chandigarh, and a DGO from Government Medical Coll., Amritsar, Punjab, and a Diploma in Advanced Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy, Germany. Since 2011, she has served as a Certified Robotic Console Surgeon, undertaking numerous robotic surgeries for various gynae cancers. Dr. Sekhon served in the Indian Air Force as a Classified Specialist OBS & Gynae, contributing to her wealth of professional experience.
