• She has an extensive career spanning over 48 years.
• Dr. Basu's expertise lies in IVF, assisted reproductive technology, infertility management, endoscopic gynecological surgery, and managing high-risk pregnancies.
• She completed her MBBS from Patna Medical College in 1976 and obtained her MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the same institution in 1980.
• Dr. Basu pursued further training with a Senior Research Fellowship from the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) in India, an MRCOG (Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists), and a FRCOG (Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists) in the UK.
• She has over ten years of teaching experience in various hospitals in the UK.
• She has held significant positions, including Vice President of the Indian Fertility Society (IFS) in 2014.
