About Us

Dr. Sakshi Karkra is a widely experienced Pediatric Gastroenterologist, bringing more than 26 years of expertise to her field. She focuses on various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures encompassing Upper GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Enteroscopy, Capsule endoscopy, Foreign body removal, Endoscopic variceal ligation, Stricture & achalasia dilatation, Polypectomy, Liver Biopsy, Anal manometry, Colonic manometry, etc. Her educational qualifications include an MBBS from the Univ. of Rajasthan, Rajasthan, followed by an MD (Pediatrics) from the same institution. Additionally, she holds an MRCPCH qualification and a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Liver Transplant. Dr. Karkra also received specialized advanced training in GI Neurophysiology in the USA. She has multiple publications in National & International journals and has contributed many chapters and textbooks for post-graduates. She is actively involved in professional organizations such as MIAP, LTSI, the International Liver Transplantation Society (ILTS), the Indian Motility and Functional Diseases Association (IMFDA), Indian Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ISPGHAN), and Commonwealth Professional and Scientific Associations of Pediatricians (CAPGAN).
