Dr. Shashidhar is a well?recognized Interventional Cardiologist with nearly 34 years of extensive professional experience in the field. His expertise includes a range of cardiac procedures such as balloon angioplasty, angiogram interpretation, managing blocked arteries, cardiac MRI interpretation, cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac ablation, and device closure procedures. He played a significant role in introducing the First Home Monitoring Device and CRDT implantation in South India, contributing to advancements in cardiac care. Dr. Shashidhar's academic journey includes an MBBS from JSS Medical Coll. in 1990, an MD in General Medicine in 1995, and a DM in Cardiology from LPS Inst. of Cardiology Kanpur in 2001. He also pursued a Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology to enhance his skills further. He maintains active membership in esteemed medical associations such as the Indian Medical Association and the Cardiological Society of India. Dr. Shashidhar has served as registered with the Karnataka Medical Council since 1990, demonstrating his commitment to professional standards and ethics in medical practice.
