About Us

Dr. Shuvendu Prosad Roy is a well?recognized and proficient Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon. He brings over 13 years of professional experience in the field. His expertise lies in foot and ankle reconstruction and joint replacement surgeries. He holds regular membership with AO Trauma and is a life part of the Indian Society of Bone and Mineral Research. Dr. Roy obtained his MBBS degree from Rajshahi Medical Coll., Rajshahi Univ., Bangladesh, in 1996. He pursued his MS degree from PGIMER in 2004. In 2012, he completed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction, specializing in the Foot & Ankle Division and Hip & Knee Division at the Department of Orthopaedics, National Univ. Health System, Singapore. Throughout his extensive advanced training in Joint Replacement & Orthopaedics at Sir Ganga Ram Hosp. and Apollo Hosp., Dr. Roy successfully performed 1,000 knee and hip replacement surgeries. He further honed his skills by attending an extensive workshop on Foot and Ankle Reconstruction under the guidance of Dr. Rajiv Shah. He is also associated with many medical organizations, including the Association of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists of Delhi (AOGD) and the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI).
