Dr. Srinivas Raju is a well-known neurologist in Bangalore. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Dr. Raju brings extensive expertise to the field of neurology. He focuses on movement disorders, cognitive neurology, neuromuscular and immunology, epilepsy, headache, and stroke. He offers comprehensive neurological treatment, including epilepsy surgery, anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, Gamma-Knife radiosurgery, Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS), Cerebral Aneurysm, Parkinson's disease treatment, and other neurological problems. Dr. Raju’s educational qualifications include an MBBS, an MD in General Medicine, and a DM in Neurology, all from Rajiv Gandhi Univ. of Health Sciences. Dr. Raju has showcased his expertise on an international platform by representing India at the 2019 International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder in Nice, France, where he participated in the video challenge and received a Travel Grant. He is highly regarded for his contributions to the field, including co-authoring a chapter on Huntington's disease in the second edition of "Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders." His research has served as published in well?recognized journals covering topics like the Indian perspective on Huntington's disease, unusual cases of movement disorders, and the genetic basis of dystonia and hereditary motor sensory neuropathy.
