Dr. Subhasis Saha

About Us

Dr. Subhasis Saha is a pediatric surgeon with more than 31 years of clinical professional experience. He focuses on minimal invasive surgery, including laparoscopy and thoracoscopy, vascular access in children, and neonatal surgery. He also offers services such as pediatric urology, plastic surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, colorectal surgery, and thoracic surgery. He completed his MBBS at Medical Coll., Calcutta in 1993. He completed his MS in General Surgery at the Inst. of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (IPGMER) & SSKM Hosp., Kolkata in 1999. He completed his MCh in Pediatric Surgery at Nil Ratan Sircar Medical Coll., Kolkata in 2003. He obtained his DNB in Pediatric Surgery from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi in 2003. He has undergone advanced training for advanced surgical procedures such as laparoscopic surgeries, pediatric urodynamics, pediatric bronchoscopy, and pediatric cystoscopy at reputed institutes like Sir Ganga Ram Hosp. and All India Inst. of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi. He has won several medals during his educational journey for his excellent performance in subjects like surgery. He has also won many national and international accolades for his contributions to the field of pediatric surgery. He has served as invited as visiting faculty at several international institutions in Ohio, Alabama, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Saha is a prolific speaker and an active participant in national and international conferences. He has won multiple accolades for his publication presentations at conferences such as the Annual Conference of Pediatric Surgery Association, AMASICON, and others. He is a part of esteemed organizations such as the Pediatric Endoscopic Surgeons of India (PESI) and the Association of MInimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI).
