About Us

Dr. Sudarshan is a highly skilled Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon. He brings over 22 years of specialized professional experience in this field. His specializations encompass Adult Cardiothoracic Surgery, with a focus on Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery, Aortic Surgery, off-pump Coronary Surgery, VATS lung surgeries, Valve repair surgeries, surgery for Atrial Fibrillation, and surgery for Heart Failure, including Transplantation. His academic journey includes an MBBS from Kempegowda Inst. of Medical Sciences, Bangalore, followed by an MS and DNB in General Surgery. He completed his MCh & DNB in Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery from Maharashtra Univ. of Health Sciences in 2010 Dr. Sudarshan excelled in his MCh advanced training in Mumbai, securing the first position, and was awarded the C S Sadasivan Gold medal in cardiothoracic surgery in All India National Board examinations. Furthering his education, he completed FRCS in Cardiothoracic Surgery from the Royal Coll. of Surgeons of England. He pursued a Fellowship in Advanced Adult Cardiac Surgery from Liverpool Heart & Chest Hosp., UK. He is associated with many medical societies, including the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), the Indian Association Of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeons (IACTS), and the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS).
