Dr. Sumeet Arora

About Us

Dr. Sumeet Arora is a Pediatric Endocrinologist with more than 17 years of professional experience. He adeptly manages type 1 and type 2 Diabetes in children, utilizing advanced insulin administering technologies such as sensor-augmented insulin pumps, closed-loop hybrid insulin pumps, and traditional multiple daily injections. She also addresses a range of hormonal conditions, including early or delayed puberty, menstrual issues in girls, polycystic ovarian disease, puberty induction in Turner syndrome, thyroid disorders, growth hormone deficiency, and adrenal insufficiency or excess (Cushing syndrome). After completing her MBBS from Manipal Univ. in 2007, she also achieved an MD (Pediatrics) from the Univ. of Tennessee Health Science Center Coll. of Medicine in 2012. She holds a three-year fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology from SUNY, USA, providing extensive clinical specialization in Pediatric Endocrine and Diabetes clinics for children aged newborn to 18 with hormonal disorders. She is American Board Certified in Pediatric Endocrinology. She is an active part of the American Academy of Paediatrics, the Indian Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology (ISPAE), the Pediatric Endocrine Society, the Endocrine Society, and the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP).
