About Us

Dr. Sandeep Kumar Upadhyaya boasts more than 32 years of professional experience as a distinguished Rheumatologist. He is recognized for pioneering the use of Biological agents in treating various rheumatological disorders, including Rheumatoid Arthritis and Inflammatory Spondylitis. He has actively contributed to advanced clinical research on new molecules and Biological agents for conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and SLE (lupus). He played a pivotal role as a team member in formulating guidelines for Rheumatoid Arthritis treatment. Dr. Upadhyaya was a part of the team involved in the IRA guidelines for Rheumatoid Arthritis treatment. After completing his MBBS from the Univ. Of Allahabad in 1992, he also achieved an MD (Medicine) from the Univ. Of Allahabad in 1995 and a DM (Clinical Immunology) from the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Inst. of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, in 1998. He is a regular contributor to CMEs, lectures, and education of other doctors in the fields of modern medicine, rheumatology, spondylitis and arthritis, lupus, and other connective tissue diseases. He is an esteemed part of professional organizations such as the Indian Rheumatology Association, Delhi Rheumatology Association, and Indian Medical Association.
