About Us

• Dr. Sushil Azad is a Pediatric Cardiologist and Adult Congenital Heart Disease Specialist with over 25 years of experience.
• His expertise extends from neonates to adults, focusing on congenital heart diseases.
• He has performed 4500 interventional cardiology procedures across all age groups.
• His educational qualifications include MBBS from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, 1999 and MD (Pediatrics) from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, 2003.
• He also received a Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Fellowship from Madras Medical Mission in 2004, a Fellowship from the National Board, EHIRC, 2006, and an FNB in pediatric Cardiology from the National Board Of Examination in 2007.
• He was pivotal in establishing Pediatric Cardiology programs at Medanta and Fortis Escorts Heart Institute.
• Dr. Azad initiated the Percutaneous Pulmonary Valve Implantation program at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute.
• He has authored over 25 research publications and contributed chapters to pediatric cardiology and echocardiography textbooks.
• Dr. Azad has presented papers at national and international conferences and organized Pediatric Echocardiography workshops at various levels, including PEDICON.
• He is an active Medical Council of India (MCI) member.
• He is fluent in English and Hindi.
