Dr. Rahman has specialization in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as infertility and IVF. He has around 23 years of professional experience in procedures like Medical Termination of Pregnancy, C-section, High-risk pregnancy, Amniotic fluid leakage, Vaginal hysterectomy, and Laparotomy left salpingectomy. His practice and capability of efficiently handling cases have been awarded the Dr. V. Ongorani Gold Medal accolade, AIIMS, in 2006. He also holds memberships from Indian organizations, such as FOGSI and the Association of Obstetrics and Gynecologists in Delhi.
