Dr. Umesh Nareppa is a well?recognized cardiothoracic surgeon with 27 years of professional experience His specializations include coronary angiogram, adult cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, coronary angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, CABG, valve replacement open heart surgery, coronary bypass surgery, off-pump beating, atrial fibrillation surgery, ross procedure and cardiac tumor treatment. Dr. Umesh Nareppa was associated with the first heart transplant at Vikram Hosp.. He has co-authored a publication presented at the Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons (2005). He is a part of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, USA and the International Society for Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery, USA.
