Dr. Vanita Arora is a well-known Interventional Cardiologist with more than 44 years of specialization in diagnosing and treating heart-related diseases. She is recognized as one of the top Cardiologists in South Delhi, adept at managing a wide spectrum of cardiac conditions, including hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure, and congenital heart disease. She holds the distinction of being the first female Cardiac Electrophysiologist in India, paving the way as a pioneer in her field. Dr. Arora made history as the first person in the Asia Pacific region to conduct a Live Case of a leadless pacemaker at the TCT India conference in 2016. After completing her MBBS from Dayanand Medical Coll., Ludhiana/Punjab Univ., Chandigarh, 1990, she also achieved an MD in Internal Medicine from Dayanand Medical Coll., Ludhiana/Punjab Univ., Chandigarh, 1993, and DNB in Cardiology from Escorts Heart Inst. & Research Centre, New Delhi. Her accolades include accolades such as "Rising Star in Cardiology," "Woman Doctor Entrepreneur of the Year 2018," and "Chikitsa Ratan," among others. Dr. Arora has served as a distinguished faculty member at well?recognized national and international meetings, including HRS (Heart Rhythm Society) and APHRS (Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society). She was elected Secretary of the Indian Heart Rhythm Society (IHRS), demonstrating her leadership in the field. dedicated to providing world-class medical care, she pioneers technological innovations in cardiac electrophysiology, having received advanced training in Germany and the USA. She is an esteemed part of prestigious organizations such as the Delhi Medical Council, Indian Heart Rhythm Society, Indian Medical Association, and Indian Society of Electrocardiology.
