Dr. Vikas Pilaniya

About Us

Dr. Vikas Pilaniya is a seasoned pulmonologist with more than 19 years of professional experience in the field of pulmonology and critical care medicine. He is skilled in interventional pulmonology, lung cancer management, and sleep medicine. He focuses on advanced procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, pulmonary function testing (PFT), and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) to diagnose and treat respiratory conditions. Academically, Dr. Pilaniya holds an MBBS degree from Sardar Patel Medical Coll., an MD in Pulmonary Medicine from SN Medical Coll. and a DM in Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care Medicine from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Inst.. He also has a Diploma in Sleep Medicine from Vardhman Mahavir Medical Coll. and Safdarjung Hosp., Delhi. He has published numerous research publications and case reports in peer-reviewed journals such as Advances in Respiratory Medicine, European Respiratory Review, and the Brazilian Journal of Pulmonology. His research work during his DM degree was awarded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), which sponsored him to present his findings at the European Respiratory Society (ERS) Congress in London in 2016. Dr. Pilaniya is an active part of several prestigious medical associations, including the European Respiratory Society, the National Coll. of Chest Physicians, the Indian Chest Society, and the Indian Sleep Disorders Association.
