• Dr. Rai completed his MBBS from Lalit Narayan Mithali University in 2007, followed by an MD in Pediatrics from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Lucknow, in 2011.
• Later, he specialized in neonatal care, pursuing a DNB in Neonatology from the National Board Examination, New Delhi, in 2019.
