Dr. Vipul Narain Roy boasts more than 40 years of professional experience as an Interventional Cardiologist. His areas of specialization encompass drug-eluting stents, trans-radial procedures, preventative cardiology, radiofrequency arrhythmia ablation, and ventricular assist mechanical support. With a track record of over 10,000 successful interventions, Dr. Roy plays a pivotal role in Apollo's team, particularly in complex coronary artery bypass surgeries. After completing his MBBS from the Univ. Of Allahabad in 1980, he also achieved an MD (General Medicine) from the Univ. Of Allahabad in 1984 and a Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP) in the UK. Dr. Roy furthered his expertise with an eight-year tenure at the Regional Adult Cardiothoracic Center in Liverpool, United Kingdom. He is an accomplished author with numerous publications in both national and international journals, including a book on Interventional Cardiology. He holds memberships in esteemed organizations such as the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Indian Cardiology Society.
